1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time All items are custom made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for production before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery times are calculated by the carrier at checkout Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal demand.
 

3. Shipping Costs​

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package using the carrier’s tracking portal.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

 

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.

 

6. Lost, Damaged & Incorrect Shipments

If your order:

 Never arrives
Arrives damaged
Or arrives incorrectly

Please contact us at support@nepacustomdesigning.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will help resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

 

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our Return Policy.
